Four students of academic institutions of higher education in Montenegro, who during their bachelor and specialist studies have achieved remarkable success and expressed a preference for scientific or artistic work in a particular area, will be awarded scholarships. 

The scholarships are awarded for a period of one year (2016/2017 academic year). Faculty councils are entitled to nominate applicants. Individuals can also apply by submitting written recommendation of two professors.
Applications are open fifteen days from the date of their publication.
Applications with the Certificate of Average Grade and Certificate on Studying should be submitted to the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts, Committee for encouraging the development of talented scientific and artistic youth, ulica Rista Stijovića br. 5, Podgorica.
