Mister Sadoo Yamamoto, one of the few people that survived nuclear attack on Hiroshima Nagasaki, visited University “Mediterranean” today and delivered a lecture which is a part of the campaign for the promotion of nuclear weapon abolition. The event was organized in collaboration with the Peace Museum – Hiroshima, on the part of which Ms Kendji Shige addressed to the audience.

The lecture was attended by numerous guests, by big number of students and professors, and representatives of media as well, some projects were announced, its realization planned for the future, and as the most important among them is opening of the Centre for Asian Studies at University “Mediterranean”, introduction of the Japanese language in the curricula, and organizing lectures on Japanese culture and civilization, etc.
