On Thursday, June 18, the exhibition of Katarina Laković was opened in the Podgorica coffee club "Biro".

A series of drawings called "Code" was created in the process of artistic search for unique visual prints that reflect the states and identity of the individual in the garden space and time. With this series of works, the artist combines a traditional discipline such as drawing and maneuvering ink, using common and new technological possibilities that they apply in a unique way.

Her art forms are reduced and "coded" in ambiguous symbols in which elements of organic and technological, figurative and abstract are intertwined.

Katarina Laković was born in Podgorica, where she graduated from the Faculty of Visual Arts. She does graphic design, digital graphic as well as wall painting techniques - painting author's murals. She actively appears in solo and group exhibitions.
