Presentation of the Association of Film Producers and Managers of Montenegro (PDM) was held yesterday at the Faculty of Visual Arts in Podgorica.

The President of the Association Ivan Đurovic presented the goals of the Association, which primarily concern the improvement of the position of film and cinematography as important factors of the overall cultural, economic and social life of Montenegrin citizens. In that context, Đurovic pointed out the importance of innovating the normative framework in Montenegrin cinematography as well as the establishment of the Film Centre of Montenegro.

As a longtime producer with proven experience in various aspects of cinematographic activities, Đurovic also talked about the need for further development of regional and international co-productions as well as the concept of film tourism in line with the regional and European standards.
