Jury of the 51st Winter Salon of Herceg Novi: Director of the production and President Vuk Vuković, photographer Vanja Berberović and prof. Marko Petrović Njegoš, unanimously granted three awards. The second prize was given to Nikola Simanić, a professor at the Faculty of Visual Arts for the work "Sjaj".

The jury argued in the explanation that the author, whose inspiration arose from surrealism, included metaphors through maps and territories, mocking the disagreement between the human experience of the reality and the nature which is immanent in reality. Using different techniques - from photographs, digital collages and sticking crystal and zirconium on the printing press, Simanić visualizes the mystical world of the invisible in the visible.
