An exibit of 11 typography fonts of 3rd year students of the Faculty of Visual Arts was opened last night at the art gallery Koncept.
Writing came about as a utilitarian tool of communication and exchange between people, at a distance and through time. Typography gives a solution for the issues of aesthetics, optics and appeal of the fonts used. Among the letters of our graduates are, along other things, an optical experiment, materials unusual for typographic shaping, submission to the digital tool, but also an homage to a great artist.
In a series of exibits by FVU at the art gallery Koncept in Karađorđeva 13 (right by the new building of the Government), the following students have shown their work so far: Blanka Marković, Anđela Radojičić, Dimitrije Benić, and Denis Nogović. Stay tuned #trazise
