The scholarships from this program of the Government of Turkey are awarded to foreign nationals for full-time studies: undergraduate, master and doctoral studies as well as for research stay at the most prestigious universities of the Republic of Turkey.

The monthly scholarship amount is:

700 TL for undergraduate students,
950 TL for master students,
1,400 TL for PhD students,
3,000 TL for research stays,
2.000 TL for participants in Turkish language learning programs (for civil servants and academics),
500 TL for Turkish language course participants.
