We are informing interested candidates that the German foundation "Konrad Adenauer" (KAS) grants scholarships for the academic year 2018/2019 for socially and politically engaged students of the final years of undergraduate studies, postgraduate and doctoral studies in Montenegro, with a desire to become intellectual elites and responsible carriers of the democratic prosperity of Montenegrin society.
