The contest is open from the 19th of February, 2018 and submission deadline is the 1st of April.
Maximal video length is 1 (one) minute. Subject of the contest is optional and the recording technique is via mobile phone.

Everyone has the right to participate, regardless of age and experience.
The selected artworks will be presented at a specially organized event that will be held in the cinema hall of Cadmus Cineplex in Budva in May 2018 with a complimentary cocktail, while the authors of the three best films will be rewarded with the following prizes:
1st place: 300 euros
2nd place: 200 euros
3rd place: 100 euros
4th Audience Award - a semi-annual free cinema card (Cadmus Cineplex)
In addition to the financial awards, the award-winning films will besides being casted at Cadmus Cineplex, also be promoted on the web site and social networks of the FVA and Cadmus Cineplex, as well as in the media. Additionally, they will have an opportunity to visit Cadmus Cineplex to get acquainted with the work of the cinema and the FVA , where they would get acquainted with the details of the entrance exam on the undergraduate faculty studies where there are two departments: Audiovisual Production and Design of Visual Communication.
The jury will consist of two representatives of the FVA and one representative of Cadmus Cineplex. In addition to the jury, the audience will have a voice as well, in a way that everyone from the audience will circle the best work. The work with the highest audience ratings will rank as the best video of the audience choice and receive a special prize from Cadmus Cineplex - a semi-annual ticket for the projections of the winner's choice.
